The partnership is another step toward MA’s commitment to serving as an Integrated Head Office for its clients seeking business growth. 

Magnetic Alliance has recently become a Certified Partner of PandaDoc, a leading US-based company providing document automation to 20,000 customers around the world. This enables MA clients to easily integrate into the platform and create, send, track, and e-sign their proposals, contracts, and quotes.

MA underwent Certified Partner training and aced its final assessment at PandaDoc. As a Certified Partner, it will receive tiered commissions, official business listing at the PandaDoc Partner Directory, and ongoing training and support.

During the Covid-19 pandemic lockdowns, a number of MA clients sought to get a CRM (customer relationship management) and related document automation set up. This prompted the Adelaide-based business growth firm to initiate the partnership with PandaDoc after having used the service for at least three years now.

PandaDoc aims to simplify business processes and increase efficiency across organisations when they integrate their existing CRM, payment, and file storage apps into a unified workflow. It specialises in sales automation, contract management, digital signage, sales proposals, and other SaaS services.

“As a Certified Partner of this global software brand, we act as an intermediary between our clients and PandaDoc, where the former doesn’t have to line up on US time zone anymore for setup and support. We speak PandaDoc language, helping bridge communication gaps, facilitating integration with other software, and understanding our clients’ business better so we can further add value,” said Michael Cap, who leads the Systems and Automation unit at MA.

This collaboration demonstrates Magnetic Alliance’s role as an Integrated Head Office for its clients, helping them grow their business through assistance in aspects such as staffing, finance or fundraising, and automation.

“Systems are another area where we can solve client challenges and help them close more deals and grow,” Cap said. “Once a business starts these new efficiencies, they automate, integrate the new system into existing ones, and get visibility to make better decisions.”

He warned against being stuck in manual, paper-based systems, particularly during the lockdowns and the resulting mobility restrictions. “A business can have the best team in the world, but if they don’t have systems they will be limited in their growth. They will likely be so dependent on their managers dictating what to do instead of clear, scalable systems,” he said.
